Bhavya brings empathy and passion to everything she does, backed by a strong foundation in psychology and hands-on experience with child behavior. As Operations head, she manages all the programs at RIEDU, she’s a true one-person army—seamlessly coordinating across the Young Editors Program, Project PoleStar, Webinars, The Marshmallow, Book Club, and Diversive. Bhavya also serves as the Editor of RIEDU’s DIVERSIVE newsletter, where her skills in writing, design, and mentoring shine through. Her thoughtful leadership continues to foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and inclusion.
