About Me

Dr. Shruti Shankar Gaur is a global visionary leader and the dynamic Founder & CEO of RIEDU, where she champions inclusive, humane education in an AI-driven world. A polymath with a Ph.D. in Inclusive Education, her work spans diversity, socio-cultural change, and innovative pedagogy. She has been recognised with a university gold medal and the Certificate of Academic Excellence by India’s Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

Dr. Gaur believes in children and youth energy. She has shaped global youth narratives through initiatives like the Young Editors Program and The Marshmallow, an international teen e-magazine inspired by UN SDG 4.7. She has brought her thought leadership to prestigious platforms including the G20, World Economic Forum, and Cannes Lions.

A published poet and empath at heart, Dr. Gaur views education as a powerful tool for building a peaceful, inclusive world. She is also affiliated with The Digital Economist (Washington, D.C.) and Sankarsingh-Gonsalves Productions (Ontario), leading cross-sectoral impact initiatives. At home in New Delhi, she is launching India’s first DEI Lab at Aristos Erevna Consulting and is the Co-Founder of BeingDiversive—a firm committed to celebrating diversity and fostering belongingness through inclusion.
