YEP 2022 was a cultural journey where children didn’t just learn to write—they discovered their roots. The program culminated with the launch of PoleStar: Volume I – Culture & Heritage, a vibrant collection of stories, fables, artwork, and reflections created by children from across the globe.
At its heart, PoleStar is more than a book—it’s a movement to raise a generation that is both rooted and open-minded. Guided by an inclusive Editorial Board of educators, researchers, parents, and children, the Young Editors explored what it means to celebrate one’s own culture while embracing the richness of others. From ancestral tales to painted folklore, PoleStar shines as a global tapestry of young voices reconnecting with their roots and imagining a more inclusive world.
